Something About Us

Andy Crum - Owner

I’ve always been a builder of some type in my life.  It began with building tree houses and forts as a kid, and as I grew my passions directed towards building relationships. I fulfilled a long time dream when Beacon Homes was started in 2003. I love everything about home building, from the smell of the materials and the sounds on a job site, to the point when a project comes together. It's an honor to be able to take a customer's ideas and designs and apply the best building practices and developing products to give a family a home they can be proud of for years to come.  When I am not doing what I love at work I am still doing something I love at home.  I love being with my family, worshiping and learning about God together and playing with my kids. These things bring me great joy!

Eric Thornhill - Owner

I’ve been fortunate to be in the construction business long enough to appreciate its ups and downs. Going on that journey makes the people you work with all the more important. I joined Andy in 2005. Since thenour company and its course has been extraordinarily blessed and for that we are grateful. As an owner, I want Beacon to be relevant and impactful to our employees, the community, customers, trades and vendors. Outside of work, my family of six brings me incredible joy.  We explore great adventures as often as we can. However, nothing is more important to me than integrating Christ into all we do, be it family, work, church, mission work or just having fun.

Wade Trigg - Operations Manager

As the operations manager for Beacon Homes, my responsibilities are to over-see all of our construction projects including new homes, pools, roofs, remodels and commercial construction. I also manage and build our large end custom homes.  I am a husband to a beautiful woman and I am a proud father of three wonderful kids. I live by a strong faith in God, love for family and I am passionate about my job.

Sherry Baldwin - Customer Service Manager

In 2006 I joined Beacon Homes to serve as the in-house Real Estate Broker and Marketing and Sales Assistant.  With over 35 years of Real Estate experience it is refreshing to work with a Builder that consistently produces quality homes and believes customer service is vital to their day to day operations.  Working with buyers to answer questions regarding neighborhoods, lots and floorplans or details pertaining to financing and contracts is my passion.  I hope you will call and let me help you navigate these important decisions.  I have lived in Edmond since 1978 and my husband and I now live in Arcadia.  I have 3 terrific children and 8 precious grandchildren.

Lisa Hopkins - Office Administrator

I have been the office administrator at Beacon since 2007. I have been allowed to play a role in the financial side of the business as well as sales and marketing. I appreciate working at Beacon, because I believe in the core values that this company stands for. When other companies have faltered, this belief system has helped Beacon thrive. My personal goals include putting Christ first in all that I do. I try to "live the adventure" by enjoying time with my husband, our two daughters and our family and friends.

Kellie Clements - Interior Designer

For the four years I've served as Beacon's Interior Designer, they have trusted me to make selections for all of the model homes and customers. My education along with 10 years of experience has enabled me to help people make their home, "their home". The gratitude I have for the work environment that Eric and Andy have fostered motivates me daily. I view every new idea I share with them as my way of helping them succeed in serving their customers. As a designer and young mother I am constantly looking for ways to create amenities that make a home more user friendly. They have been so receptive to my suggestions, because of how much they care about the families that buy their homes. When I'm not drowning in paint samples or at a job site I love being with my family. I especially love making things for my two little boys!
